We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Project Development Coordinator for our Product Development team to drive the next wave of new product development projects at Just Ingredients. You will be responsible for managing timelines, due dates, and deliverables for our beauty, dental, food and powdered drink categories. Key Responsibilities: Manages the entire product lifecycle from product ideation to product launch. Collaborates with vendors and our internal team to develop product requirements, project schedules and key milestones. Works directly with inventory team and third-party manufacturers to ensure new products are delivered on schedule and under budget. Product formulation - works with manufacturers to develop new products that meet product specifications and Just Ingredients standards. Quality Assurance Testing- Tests product in development prior to launch to identify any possible product deficiencies and correct them prior to launch. Collaborates with the graphic designer for product packaging to ensure product labels are accurate and in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Works with the retail team to address any new product needs/requests from retailers. Problem solving - working with internal and external stakeholders to solve any problems that arise with products - customer complaints, scheduling/production problems, etc. Attends and participates in industry events and trade shows as needed. Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience. A strong track record of thriving in a startup environment. Strong analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving. Excellent relationship building and communication skills. Experience working in a highly cross functional environment. Excellent project management skills. Strong attention to detail. Organized & self-sufficient. Able to manage multiple and shifting priorities successfully. Open to feedback and constructive criticism. Familiar with Just Ingredients and passionate about health and wellness. Who You Are: You live in or near Utah County and are willing to work in our Orem office at least three days per week.
