Executive Director, Human Resources Alberta Innovates (AI) is seeking an Executive Director, Human Resources responsible to develop and execute the corporate human resource management strategies and operations to support the realization of organizational strategic priorities, ensuring services are delivered effectively and efficiently in accordance with established regulatory, legislative, quality and performance standards and within expected budgets. Are you our next Executive Director, Human Resources? You would be a good fit for this position if you: Have strong leadership skills to guide the HR team, set strategic goals, and inspire others to achieve organizational objectives. Can think strategically and are able to anticipate future trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop long-term strategies to address HR challenges and support organizational growth. Have the ability to effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees at all levels of the organization. We are game changers.
