Job Overview:Join a team dedicated to driving growth in private credit, acquisition financing, special situations, restructuring, and private equity practices, vital to the firm's strategic objectives. Duties:Manage a broad range of secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring, reorganizations, and general corporate finance.Contribute actively to direct lending, special situation financings, out-of-court and in-court restructurings, and private equity-related corporate finance transactions. Requirements:Admittance to and good standing with the Texas Bar.7-10 years of experience in debt finance or related fields.Preferred experience as a key member of deal teams, overseeing signings, closings, and drafting initial documentation. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Skills:Proficiency in debt finance and corporate law.Strong drafting and negotiation skills.Collaborative team player.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Meticulous attention to detail in complex transactions.
