Responsibilities: • Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required• Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus• Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required• Flexible overnight hours are required Compensation: $14 - $18 hourly About Company: We are a team of customer-focused, hospitality professionals that strive to provide a great experience for each guest that stays at our hotel!
