This position will be based out of our beautiful new office location in Salt Lake City, Utah. With safety being our top priority, Redi Services, LLC. has exciting plans for 2024. Won't you come and join us? Duties include but are not limited to: Overseeing the remittance processes and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handling default payments, unpaid invoices, and accounts receivable. Maintaining aging reports and ensure timely updates. Troubleshooting payment related issues promptly and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and financial transactions. Communicating with customers regarding payment issues and provide necessary outreach for resolution Collaborating with internal teams and collections to address payment discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues as needed. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing necessary changes to optimize payment workflows. Providing support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders regarding payment-related inquiries and concerns. Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans. Must have skills: Exceptional team leader on the Accounts Receivable & Remittance function. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Extensive experience in managing the accounts receivable processes. A proven track record of improving efficiency and accuracy in remittance procedures. The ability to excel in cross-team collaboration, Experience in managing and motivating others to achieve departmental goals and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from various departments.
