We provide risk consultancy, Property-Casualty insurance solutions and alternative risk transfer for a wide spectrum of commercial, corporate and specialty risks across 10 dedicated lines of business. The North America Distribution team supports large corporate business expansion across North America. The Impact You Will Have The ideal candidate will be adept at extracting data from financial systems to fulfill regulatory reporting requirements for States and Regulatory Agencies. A solid understanding of the insurance industry is essential, and a background in Surcharges and Regulatory reporting is highly desirable. The role requires a collaborative team player who is capable of innovative thinking and is committed to continuous learning and process improvement. Some of your specific responsibilities could include: Preparing and completing assigned Datacalls (e.g., CA CRS, NY Insurance Availability Survey) with various agencies and states. Completing reports for Surcharges and processing payments for legal entities. Processing payments for assigned assessments across all legal entities. Monitoring changes to regulatory reporting requirements to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory bodies. Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce manual efforts, focusing on automation or semi-automation. Maintaining data quality standards within the team to meet regulatory and internal reporting requirements. Assisting internal clients, such as other departments, with reports, research, and activities like creating ad hoc data pulls of premiums/claims. Corresponding with and responding to inquiries from third-party entities, including auditors, business units, tax authorities, public authorities, and others. What You'll Bring to the Role Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a relevant field 3-5 years experience in Datacalls or WC reporting preferred 1-3 years experience in general Accounting Knowledge 3-5 years experience advance computer software e.g. Microsoft/SAS/SQL 5-7 years experience in resolving discrepancies and disputes The annualized base pay range for this role is $77795 - $133436. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package.
