The incumbent coordinates the gathering and documentation of business process across markets, creating functional and technical business requirements and providing a hands-on approach; designing and implementing automated solutions and workflows in tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. Under the direction of the Director of Business Governance – International, the Business Systems & Process Analyst II, International is also responsible for processing cross-functional initiatives acting as a liaison with the IT and finance team, assisting operational teams using data analysis and organizational tools to discover impactful insights and opportunities for process improvement. In this role, the successful candidate will develop potential solutions to address identified problems, utilizing proven project management and change management methodologies. Assignments would typically include problem definition, evaluation of business processes, gap analysis, analytics, definition of business and technical requirements, designing and implementing process automations, reporting and dashboard solutions in a continuous improvement approach across international teams. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities * Works directly with different areas across markets to understand processes and business needs, providing gap analysis and recommendations for process improvement solutions and automated workflows. * Act as a liaison between business teams and IT. * Ability to develop and automate reports, create workflows and automation solutions in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. * Gathers, collects, and interprets data and information to create functional and technical requirements for systems such as Power Apps, Power Automate as well as other internally developed applications. * Use data analysis and organization tools to discover impactful insights and opportunities of process improvement. * Develop clear and detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, automations, and technical requirements to be provided to development teams. * Report on process adoption and adherence with an eye to continuous improvement. * Roll out and train operations teams on developed processes. * Audit for quality and process adherence. * Identify issues and risks. * Utilize proven quality and change management methodologies to support key process improvement cross-functional initiatives. * Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, driving and managing projects utilizing proven project management methodologies. * Assist in user acceptance (UAT) and QA testing when needed. * Support governance, processes, procedures, and standards across business operations teams. * Other projects and duties as assigned. What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor's Degree In related field of study preferred in Systems/Technology, Management Information System, Business Analytics, Business Information, Engineering * And/Or Experience Experience Details and 3+ years in a similar capacity. Experience as a developer/ business analyst / consultant or internal consultant across an organization is desired * Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePoint. Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools (Kaizen, DMAIC, Design Thinking, Six Sigma) Financial acumen and experience with financial statements (FP&A,PnL) Demonstrated knowledge of MS Visio for process mapping, Demonstrated knowledge of programming tools including SQL, MS SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI Ability to analyze operational data, interpret business drivers and develop performance measures and recommendations Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions * International Travel and some travel might be required. * Valid Government Issued Driver's License Valid Government Issued Passport
