Seeking an experienced Oncology-Nurse Practitioner to join an established and highly respected?practice in?Salem, Oregon.?Joining a collegial team of 13 physicians and 17 APPs in a supportive and appreciative culture with a practice that recognizes the value of work/life balance. Overview: Physician-owned, patient-centered practice 4-day week (off day can be Monday or Friday) Average 10-15 clinic patients/day Strong support in clinic from 2 experienced Medical Assistants Dedicated inpatient APP handles admitting RN triage team that supports symptom management Ideal candidate will have at least 2-years clinical experience Compensation/Benefits: Competitive pay and incentive bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision 4 weeks vacation + 5 days sick leave 401k with employer contribution Childcare reimbursement Company-paid life insurance Paid malpractice coverage CME & professional membership reimbursement About Salem, Oregon Salem is the capital city of Oregon, located 45-min south of Portland Centrally located within an hour's drive of the coast and the mountains.
