If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate QMHP Case Manager , where you'll play a pivotal role in providing family-oriented, individual, and group rehabilitative mental health services. We’ll reward your dedication with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Salary of $42,000 per year Health, Dental and Vision insurance Paid Time Off Term Life & AD&D Voluntary workplace benefits Employee Assistance Program Health Savings Account STD/LTD LifeLock Legal Shield 401K (2.5% matching) What you’ll do Deliver family oriented, individual and/or group rehabilitative mental health services, skills training and development, medication training, parenting skills training, and intensive case management services Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and confidentiality requirements Maintain all case records (notes, treatment plans, and uniform assessments) accurately and maintain professional certification/licensure Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate care and referrals What you bring Bachelor's degree in rehab counseling, psychology, social work, or related field Training in working with individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and Children with Severe Emotional Disturbances preferred Familiarity with child and/or adult counseling and family dynamics Strong therapeutic, communication, and organizational skills Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations, bilingual a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A valid driver license If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to hear from you!
