Northern Iron and Machine is looking for experienced CNC machinist! We are under new ownership, and a part of the Lawton Standard family of foundries. If you are an experienced CNC Machinist, we have a great opportunity for you! Pay: Starting at $32 or higher (depending on experience) What is the position and hours? 1st shift machinist and set up position 1st shift- 6:00AM-4:30PM. Monday through Thursday. Mandatory overtime on Fridays working 6:00AM-2:30PM. Minimum requirements : 5 years set up on lathes (horizontal mills and lathes preferred) Experience running cast iron Experience with live tooling Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot programs/tooling for finish and dimensional issues Demonstrated ability to edit/program on the control Supervisory experience Preferred experience: Quality control experience CMM experience Candidates will have to pass physical assessment and have a clear drug screen Benefits include: Fixed weekly schedule Insurance Holidays and paid time off 401K Plenty of growth opportunities And more!
