Become a part of the All World Family today https://www.allworldmachinery.com/about/career Overview We are looking for a motivated CNC Machinist: Milling who will be responsible to setup jobs, set tooling, and operate multi axis CNC mills. Quality of work, personal safety, care and maintenance of equipment, and attention to detail must be maintained. We are looking for a driven individual that is seeking to broaden their skills over time with a growing company. We promote a team environment, so you'll work with fellow team members along with other departments throughout our company. Responsibilities Work safely by adhering to safety standards and guidelines. Download NC programs. Edit NC programs when necessary. Setting tooling per setup instruction and enter tooling offsets. Setting machine zero-point references. Compensating tooling offsets. Read and understand blueprints, including geometric dimension and tolerancing (GD+T) to produce manufactured parts per specification. Use common hand gages (dial calipers, micrometers, bore gages, depth gages, etc.) to ensure part quality and adherence to specifications. Work with inspection department to double check 1st run parts to avoid scrap and maintain product quality. Adhere to documented procedures and processes. Work in a team environment and remain flexible to perform other duties to support daily operations, when needed. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED Certification: Journeyman or Vocational Certificate preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years full time CNC milling experience; including setup responsibility Soft Skills : Clear verbal communication Read and write English language Manual Dexterity Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude Familiar with measurement instruments Knowledge of Workplace Safety Safely use lifting aids (chain lift) Wearing Personal Protective Equipment as required.
