A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Associate. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats to assess technical support needs and resolve issues efficiently Document work in ITSM tracking tool, escalate issues as needed, and provide feedback on knowledge articles Assist with clinical calls during high call volume or system outages Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED 1 year of IT related Service/Help Desk experience in a high call volume call center Experience troubleshooting end user devices and applications Knowledge of customer service practices and procedures Experience with Remote Work, Mobile Devices, Windows/MAC OS, and other end user devices
