Job Summary: Provides direct patient care by assisting the surgeon in achieving desired surgical outcomes.Aids perioperative team by scrubbing and caring for the patient before, during and after surgical intervention. Minimum of 1 year previous experience! Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements; BLS Experience as Surgical Scrub or CVOR preferred CST certification needed · Reporting structure; New hire > Charge > Shift Coordinator > Manager > Director· Work hours and on-call hours required; 12, 10 or 9-hour shifts, days/evenings with on call· Relocation fee and applicable details; Up to $10K for relocation $20k retention package to these employees for a two-year commitment. 5K in first check, 5k at end of 1 year. 10k at end of year two.
