Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients• Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email• Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met• Relentless lead follow-up• Follow the team plan• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Database and CRM mastery• Sales scripts Qualifications: • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred• Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car• Must possess a real estate license• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills• Real estate license required• Superb communication • Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
