Our team is committed to providing exceptional mental health services to our community, empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges with resilience and strength.Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches. Collaborate closely with clients to actively involve them in the treatment planning process, fostering a sense of ownership and empowerment in their own mental health journey. Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring regular updates as necessary. Maintain a client caseload, with availability for a minimum of 15 face-to-face client hours per week to ensure continuity of care and support for individuals seeking mental health services. Attend regular staff meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Mental Health Therapist. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
