Your role as an NPI (New Product Introduction) Quality Engineer will allow you to serve staff and leaders and help provide creative solutions to drive CPCs short: and long:term goals. Youll join a creative and passionate team of individuals. This role offers plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and expand your knowledge Essential Job Responsibilities :Execute Quality deliverables for new product development and retool processes.:Lead the component qualification deliverables associated with new or refurbished mold tools.:Provide process verification of inspection procedures, resolve measurement discrepancies, and improve correlation in measurement method between suppliers and Receiving Inspection.:Provide input to design and manufacturing documentation including material specifications, drawings, inspection procedures, and manufacturing procedures, to ensure that the resulting products can be adequately manufactured and tested.:Support and facilitate risk assessment with cross:functional team members.:Incorporates customer issues/requirements into processes and systems.:Collaborate cross functionally to specify quality characteristics and inspection plans for components.:Collaborate with Tooling, Design, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Supply Chain in planning and executing new or refurbished tools.:Apply appropriate statistical methods to evaluate validation and process data.:Participate in continuous improvement collaboration, execution, and training. Required Job Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in engineering:Minimum of 5 years experience in the Quality industry:Exposure to ISO: and :Experience working with data and statistical analysis software:Strong communication skills:Experience with problem solving tools Preferred Job Qualifications :Working experience with ISO: 14644 and 14698:Certified Quality Engineer:Experience with molding and/or machining processes Travel: :Up to 15 Physical Demands: :Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. While performing the duties of this job, sitting is regularly required; use of hands and fingers, and talk or hear. Reaching is frequently required with hands and arms. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and/or stoop. Work Environment: :The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
