Our busy fitness studio needs someone with excellent customer service skills to develop relationships with prospects that lead to happy and satisfied studio members. Our ideal candidate has an understanding of our products and services, including general exercise equipment and wellness programs, along with the ability to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. If you have 1 or more years of experience in a sales role with a strong ability to provide excellent customer service to our members, please apply today! Responsibilities: • Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers• Greet members and guests at the studio, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various tasks• Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins• Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service• Supervise and manage studio-wide and external promotion campaigns Qualifications: • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)• 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required• High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • Outstanding organizational skills and time management Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 hourly About Company: At Valley Fitness we’re not just a gym; we’re a thriving community dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
