Skilled Turning Machinists Wanted for 2nd Shift!! We are a full-service manufacturing partner to leading OEMs and we serve areas in the aerospace and defense, power generation , mining, transportation , and a wide range of other sectors. 2nd shift receives a 10% shift differential (in addition to hourly rate) Generous Hire-on Bonus of up to $3500 No waiting period for benefits. The position: We are seeking several experienced CNC Turning Machinists for 2nd shift to operate different CNC turning/lathe machines in our shop utilizing FANUC operating systems. You will be operating machines for valuable castings/forgings to manufacture them into quality parts for customers. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 4:20pm to 2:50am. Must be available for overtime including weekends and during peak production times. This position offers a hire-on-bonus. Job duties: -Follow written instructions and read and apply blueprint specifications. -Performs a complex series of progressive machining operations on a diversified line of work to close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications. -Able to perform simple set-ups of many jobs. May operate more than one machine. -Checks parts for conformance to specifications. -Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area. -Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. The Right Person/What we need from you: -Should be able to read and write English.
