Someone excited to use technology to improve patients' health.The focus of this role is to work with Innovative Patient Recruitment Leads to identify and onboard vendors to tactically implement innovative patient recruitment strategies. You will also work as a member of the Innovative Patient Recruitment team to ensure digital strategies are aligned across therapy areas and define enterprise-level investments and external partnerships.What you will do:Work with Innovative Patient Recruitment Leads to identify vendors to tactically implement upon innovative patient recruitment strategiesSupport program and study teams by providing input and mentorshipEnsure that vendors are leveraging feasibility outputs, patient inputs, and other available information when developing innovative patient recruitment supportSupport the IPR team by advising on the internal process for engaging recruitment vendors in the delivery of study and program-specific strategic and tactical plansCollaborate with procurement and vendors for quote/proposal reviewConduct a detailed review of final vendor quotesCoordinate qualification process for new vendorsOnboard new vendorsCoordinate vendor kick-off meetings and other vendor-specific meetingsEnsure changes to protocol or study designs are shared with vendors and incorporated as neededOptimize the vendor start-up processKeep abreast and ahead of current trends within the areas of patient recruitment, retention, and patient experiences to actively identify and engage new and specialty vendors as appropriateLead process improvement by providing ongoing assessment and input regarding the quality of deliverables and performance of recruitment vendors, assuring strong recruitment vendor support Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related fieldAt least 5 years of clinical research, vendor management, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceRequires knowledge and familiarity with project management and clinical research practices and terminologyGood knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements (i.e., GCP, ICH)Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledgeStrong verbal and written communication skillsPassion for Patients and Customers, representing the needs of multiple customers in decision making Why Evinova (AstraZeneca)?
