The ideal candidate will have major law firm experience representing sponsors, developers, borrowers, lenders, or investors, focusing on secured lending, tax equity, LLC financings, and joint ventures. While experience in clean energy and climate infrastructure finance is preferred, candidates with expertise in adjacent project financing areas are welcome, provided they exhibit a strong interest in developing broad expertise in financing clean energy projects and portfolios. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers who will provide active mentoring.
