The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to obtaining justice for those who have been harmed. Duties:Advocate for injured clients in legal proceedings.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and trials.Conduct legal research and analysis related to personal injury cases.Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and legal precedents. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in Kentucky.Experience in personal injury law is preferred.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
