JOB PURPOSE: Bussers are responsible for bussing tables in a timely and professional manner by removing all dirty dishes, utensils, and trash from the table and wiping and cleaning the table, chairs, and floor areas. JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSSER: We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience preferred but not required Flexible Work Schedule Ability to stand for long periods of time Positive and Professional Attitude Note: **The starting pay rate for all Front of House employees at Din Tai Fung (Westfield Santa Anita) is the local minimum + Tips. All "Restaurant Service Positions" candidates, including Server candidates, will be hired with the "Front of House Support Staff" job title and will be responsible for all duties related to the Busser, Cashier, Greeter, and Food Runner/Expo support positions. All "Front of House Support Staff" will be promoted based on performance.
