The mission of PHC is to provide comprehensive primary health care, such as pediatrics, internal medicine, OB/GYN, dental, mammography, behavioral health, pharmacy, radiology, podiatry and laboratory services, to meet the health needs of the entire community. PHC is committed to serving the impoverished, uninsured populations in St. Louis and St Louis County communities. With three (3) conveniently located health centers, and a friendly welcoming staff, PHC aspires to serve all the health care and wellness needs of the entire family. Responsibilities: Prepares journal Entries to post to the ledger on monthly basis Post cash receipts to the general ledger on the daily basis Prepare bank reconciliation's on assigned bank accounts Analyze assigned general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of coding and account balances and prepares account reconciliation on monthly basis Assist Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other financial reports other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from an accredited college or university 1-2 years of experience in accounting Preferred: Experience with Great Plains Software Non-profit experience
