Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required. --- 36 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required. --- Travel experience is preferred. --- 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application. --- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role. --- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. --- COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Will work in multi imaging modalities including starting IV, manage access ports, monitoring VS/Tidal CO2, setting up trays/fields. Administer and monitor patients under moderate sedation, foley, chest tubes, drains, dsgs, adm IV ETOH cirrhosis, ascites requiring paracentesis, post surgical pts, requiring abcess drainage and chest tubes the RN will assist with paracenteses procedures and CT biopsies Ideally will be proficient with conscious sedation age range of patients : ped to geriatric ventilators : philips monitors, gravity flow IV Resp support 24/7 anesthesia support 24/7 2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) Certifications: --- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) --- BLS (Basic Life Support) Skills Checklist: Yes References: Yes License Type: registered License State: CA Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NIH Stroke Scale, Basic Life Support Job Details Job Type: Travel Nurse/Patient: - - Shift Type: Day Contract Date: 2024-06-18 Expected Length: 13 weeks Hours per Shift: 8 Shifts per Week: 5
