Practice Area: Finance - Banking ,Finance - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 4 Years, A law firm is seeking a Senior Finance Associate Attorney in Minneapolis, MN.Job Overview: The Senior Finance Associate Attorney will provide legal support and expertise in finance matters, including lender and borrower-side representations, drafting and negotiating credit facilities, and managing deal processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and substantial experience in finance and be proactive and team-oriented.Duties:Draft and negotiate syndicated credit facilities, private credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-based lending agreements.Review and revise debt commitment papers, collateral documents, and other closing deliverables.Provide support and guidance on legal matters related to finance transactions.Manage deal processes, including client interaction and work product.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in finance, preferably in a law firm setting.Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar.Strong academic background with superior drafting skills.Diligent, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Minnesota Bar.Skills:Proficiency in drafting and negotiating finance agreements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
