We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional Receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings and events, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities: • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.• Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions• Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred• Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills Compensation: $12 - $12.25 hourly About Company: Brian Burds Home Selling Team is part of a global online brokerage that’s powered by top agents and cutting-edge technology.
