Altus Receivables is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst Specialist as we continue to grow our team! This position will leverage Salesforce to facilitate business processes improvements to optimize operational efficiencies. This role involves analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and implementing solutions within Salesforce to meet these needs. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications. Job Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Analyze and map business processes to identify improvement opportunities Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs Salesforce Solutions Design and Implementation: Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to address business requirements Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards Integrate Salesforce with other systems and business processes Data Management and Analysis: Ensure data integrity in Salesforce by managing roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings Analyze data within Salesforce to provide actionable insights and reports to business users User Support and Training: Provide support to Salesforce users in the organization and troubleshoot issues Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on Salesforce functionalities Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies Continuously improve and fine-tune existing Salesforce systems based on feedback and business needs Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related work experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, preferably certified (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) Experience in business process reengineering and requirements documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation and Benefits: Salary is $90,000 - $100,000 per year (DOE) Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options 401(k) retirement plan option with company matching Generous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per year Paid holidays immediately upon hire - 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choice We look forward to you joining our team!!
