This position offers a competitive salary and clinic hours! Administers diagnostic orthoptic tests, performs therapeutic orthoptic procedures, and provides instruction to patients with correctable vision focusing defects, under the medical direction of a licensed ophthalmologist.Completion of a four-year baccalaureate degree.Candidates must be AOC board eligible with demonstration of passing scores on written, oral and practical board examinations within two years.Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.The ability to represent the organization and serve consumers in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the organization and its services.Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work collaboratively with coworkers, physicians, children, and their families.Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
