A Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker License is required The Sales Manager leads the buyer side of the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants. In addition, he/she demonstrates daily the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. Responsibilities: • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis• Oversee the sales team's activities and performance• Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent• Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues• Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth • Mentor existing agents to increase productivity• Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards• High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented• Innovative with "out of the box" solutions • Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead• Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission About Company: We are the number one Century 21 firm in Pennsylvania, with 11 locations serving PA and NJ.
