Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist Eyring Movers is a leading moving company dedicated to providing seamless relocation solutions for individuals and businesses. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist/Move Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in Avon Lake, OH. Our regular office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. The Inside Sales Specialist/Move Consultant is first and foremost responsible for ensuring potential customers are glad they contacted us about their move. Our company's reputation for exceptional customer service is paramount and it is critical that customer interactions are kept warm, friendly, sincere, and professional. Our goal is to respond to each customer call, text or email with a smile, making a fantastic first impression every time! The Inside Sales Specialist/Move Consultant will be handling warm leads (no cold-calling) to estimate, sell, and book jobs over the phone and coordinate the scheduling of onsite or virtual estimates for other sales team members as needed. The Inside Sales Specialist/Move Consultant will be trained on the SmartMoving (CRM) system and RingCentral phone system and will utilize them in conjunction with the positive attitude, sales, and customer service skills they bring to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get an estimate for their move. Working as a team to maintain a high booking percentage, outstanding customer service ratings, and helping out with varying tasks in a correct, cost-effective, and time-appropriate manner is critical. This position reports to the Sales Manager and builds experience for future growth into Outside Sales, Operations, Office Management, Sales Management and more. Job Responsibilities Respond to all leads, calls, emails, and texts promptly, ensuring exceptional customer interactions Answer every incoming phone call with a positive attitude, and determine opportunities to provide service Help customers with questions, cost estimates/quotes, relaying accurate/detailed messages, and utilizing other team members' input to solve problems Maintain best practices in the industry by working with management to update sales scripts and other templates, ensuring exceptional customer service Accurately schedule virtual and on-site estimate appointments for other team members Help achieve individual and team booked revenue goals Enter customer data accurately, take detailed notes, and update accounts/files appropriately Document every customer account with pertinent notes in SmartMoving Maintain a minimum average booking percentage of 50% Contribute to additional day to day team responsibilities as needed Job Requirements Professional and positive attitude and communication skills Previous Sales and Customer Service experience Ability to effectively collaborate with team members Accuracy focused and detail-oriented Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, and de-escalate issues that arise Compensation Structure $48k-54k annual compensation (includes base salary plus commission). Health Insurance with Dental and Vision Options, 100% match on 3% IRA contribution (retirement account), 8 paid holidays annually, 2 weeks of paid time off.
