Responsibilities: Lead the maintenance team in day-to-day operations. Manage and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment checks. Prioritize tasks to meet production goals and minimize downtime. Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with management on maintenance projects for production optimization. Requirements: Strong proficiency in crusher maintenance (jaws/cones/VSI). Previous supervisory experience in a surface mining environment (2+ years). Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate effectively. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite. Dedication to safety and team development.
