To continue our growth, PPS is looking to increase our labor force to keep up with production demands from the sales of our increasingly popular turn-key pump stations. We are searching for talented individuals to join our team! Inside Sales Coordinator - Job Summary The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the outside sales team to coordinate project requests and communication with the design team, outside sales team, and customer relations. The position requires quoting and coordination of all current product lines. The ISC would manage the Customer Relationship Management System by updating all data for customers, Engineers, Landscape Architects, Golf Projects, Irrigation Designers and Distributors. This position would be responsible for following up on all projects in the CRM to keep them active and updated. The coordinator would be responsible for telephone and email correspondence for the sales department. Essential Job Functions * Lead, guide, motivate, and communicate professionally and competently internally & externally* Ensure that there are process improvement and training processes that drive down costs while improving the customer experience* Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products* Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement* Partner with marketing and production development* Communicates with outside salespersons & customers* Help the team hands-on as needed* Assist Outside sales* Assist Inside Sales Manager with the config/drawing/submittal requests.* CRM management* Quoting* Follow-ups Job Type: Full-time Required Education and Experience: * High school diploma or GED equivalent* 2 years of inside sales or marketing experience* 2 years of management or project management experience* Basic skills in Microsoft Office & typing* Listening/Speaking skills to work with the public* 2 years of Mechanical/Electrical Experience is a plus. * Disclaimers: PPS is a non-smoking facility.
