The Headlines: In the role of The Associate Financial analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team where you will provide support for analysis, payroll tax compliance, reporting, budgeting, planning/forecasting, troubleshooting payroll issues, and supporting the team in the processing and accounting of payroll across the Americas, among other duties. You will obtain information from customers and business partners to draw conclusion about business processes, take a systematic approach to evaluating alternatives, and makes recommendations to management. This position reports to the Payroll Team Lead The Responsibilities: : Review, evaluate, and prioritize tasks/project assignments and communicate key issues to management. Contribute to various projects (such as statutory and regulatory audits) as a subject matter expert, tester, and/or co:manager of the project.: Understand the basic principles of financial processes and analysis. Use accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide objective, timely, and accurate financial information. Identify key information and demonstrate capacity to learn new financial skills.: Troubleshoot issues both payroll and payroll tax and look for ways to improve processes and procedures. TheOtherQualifications: You have aBachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or Payroll : You have atleast 1:3 years experiencein Accounting, Payroll, and Payroll Tax :You love a challenge.
