Facilities Specialist

Description:
Under the supervision of the administrator, this position is responsible for ensuring that buildings, facilities and grounds of Ingham ISD are maintained and operated in the most efficient and safest condition at all times. --- Under the direction of the Lead Facilities Specialist, performs maintenance and repairs to buildings and grounds, including but not limited to electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, and all equipment as allowed under State/local/I.S.D. codes, regulations and policies and service manual specifications. --- Installs or oversees the replacement of equipment, wiring and plumbing as allowed under State/local/I.S.D.codes, regulations and policies. --- Works with contractors when needed and assists them as applicable.
