Description:
Job Summary Plans, coordinates, and conducts training and related instructional programs for customer personnel. Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness. May participate in the development and establishment of course content and objectives. Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. Participates in the development of collective training products as required. Other related tasks as assigned by Lead. Required Qualifications Possess an active SECRET clearance or higher. Possess an Associate's Degree from an accredited university. Possess 2-4 years of relevant experience. Possess basic knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques used in the delivery of training programs. Possess basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter.
