Overview Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for Security Receptionist who can deliver a concierge level of service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Days, nights, and/ or weekend work availability is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, guest services, and/or call centers. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities: Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc. Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner. Receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations. Monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issues Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel. Generate reports for theft, alarms, maintenance issues and other incidents that may occur in an efficient manner Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons Provides Security at the main entrance/lobby of designated buildings Primarly responsible for monitoring of access control to the building and providing customer service to all employees and visitors Qualifications: Ability to complete state security licensing, if applicable At least 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Ability to pass a crminial background check and drug screen 1 year mini experience Must have a Level II, Noncommissioned security license
