The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or computer science, along with exceptional academic achievements and solid industry exposure. The role requires proficiency in patent prosecution, with a preference for expertise in electrical engineering, software-related technologies, data science/AI, networking technologies (especially network security), machine learning/artificial intelligence, and hardware security. Duties:Conduct patent preparation and prosecution activities in accordance with legal standards.Analyze and respond to office actions from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and clients to gather necessary information for patent applications.Conduct legal research and analysis related to patent laws, regulations, and case precedents.Draft legal documents, including patent applications, responses, and opinions.Provide strategic counsel to clients on intellectual property matters. Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.Degree in electrical engineering or computer science.Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Skills:High level of academic achievement.The solid law firm, engineering, and industry experience.Excellent writing and communication skills.Proficiency in patent prosecution.Knowledge and experience in electrical engineering or software-related technologies.Preferred expertise in data science/AI, networking technologies (especially network security), machine learning/artificial intelligence, and hardware security.
