The candidate should also possess excellent academic credentials and exceptional written and oral communication skills.Duties:Handle a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions.Provide legal counsel and support for renewable energy projects and transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide expert legal advice and solutions.Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to real estate matters.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.Specific expertise in renewables and renewable energy projects.Strong academic record with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership and good standing with the Kentucky State Bar or eligibility for admission.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership and good standing with the Kentucky State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:Expertise in commercial real estate transactions.In-depth knowledge of renewables and renewable energy projects.Legal research and analysis.Drafting and negotiation of legal documents.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
