The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and writing skills, demonstrate a passion for litigation, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.Duties:Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including but not limited to insurance disputes, personal injury claims, and commercial litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and litigation proceedings.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation matters.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide comprehensive legal advice.Manage case files, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.Experience practicing civil litigation, preferably with a focus on insurance law.Strong understanding of civil procedure, evidence, and substantive legal principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy.Skills:Legal research and analysisCase managementTrial preparationNegotiationClient counselingTeam collaborationTime managementWritten and verbal communicationCertifications:Admission to the California State Bar Representing clients in California and throughout the country, this firm takes pride in a wide range of legal services including insurance, landlord-tenant litigation, employment litigation, real estate, public entity, and appellate practice.
