Duties:Handle trademark litigation cases in federal court.Prepare pleadings, review evidence, and engage in motion practice.Conduct thorough discovery processes and assist in settlement negotiations.Attend hearings and represent clients effectively in court proceedings.Provide legal counsel to clients on trademark-related matters. Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Member in good standing of the Bar of the highest court of any state of the United States or of the District of Columbia.Strong academic credentials with a focus on trademark law. Certifications:Membership in relevant legal associations or certification in trademark law is a plus. Skills:Excellent writing and analytical skills.Proficiency in handling federal court litigation procedures.Ability to review and analyze evidence effectively.Strong negotiation skills for settlement discussions.Clear and effective communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. This smaller intellectual property law firm practices in patents, trademarks, copyright, anti-counterfeiting, litigation, trade secrets, international IP, internet and domain name disputes, and licensing, tech transfer and IP agreements. They have 20 attorneys working in their two offices.
