The candidate will serve in the trial preparation and court appearances. Will have attendance at monthly board meetings for community associations. Drafting and preparing contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, and memoranda. Corresponding via phone and email with Courts, clients, homeowners landlords and tenants, Legal Research using Westlaw. Must be licensed in New Jersey and New York (Pennsylvania a plus). This law firm handles a variety cases for businesses and individuals. Their areas of practice include litigation, ADA law, municipal court, real estate, litigation, landlord, tenant law, and land use. The firm is located in New York and New Jersey.Additional Skills: The candidate should be very organized and computer savvy; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent research and writing skills are needed. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment while meeting deadlines is essential. Ability to work independently and as a team member is needed.
