Integrity Ownership Delivery Excellence Diligence As a Technical Program manager, you must be able to lead multiple large projects simultaneously, build strong relationships with our customers, direct and set the pace for our internal teams, as well as be highly proficient in managing plans, scope, and budget. Full-Time/On-Site/No C2C Work Location : Conshohocken, PA Must be a US Citizen - Must pass a drug screening QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math Preferred: Master’s degree in related field EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Responsible for leading multiple fast-paced, technical projects directly with full budget/finance responsibility Ten (10) years of project management experience in software & hardware development Three (3) years working on federally funded programs Lead internal and external program meetings to include being the primary point of contact for Syzygy’s customers on project initiatives Extremely strong customer centric growth mindset with the ability to foster relationships quickly Manage multiple project/product meetings weekly both with the internal team and external customers (ownership of status, action items, risks, and next steps) Collaborate across cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure project success Work closely with finance and contracting officer to develop and maintain program budget, status dashboards, and deliverables in line with contract requirements Create, develop, manage project/program scope, schedules, and budget to ensure milestones are met for the programs Manage opportunities and mitigate risk across programs with quantified impacts Demonstrate exceptional communication skills Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity Proven change management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands, must be a very organized individual Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency DESIRED SKILLS PMP Certification Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project At least five (5) years of experience leading technical teams and/or managing software and hardware developers preferred BENEFITS Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401k with Employer Match Company paid: Short Term Disability (STD) Long Term Disability (LTD) Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Life Insurance Company paid Sick Time Company paid Vacation Time Company paid Holidays Bonus Incentive Opportunities Employee Assistance Program Referral Incentive program Comprehensive Healthy lifestyle benefits Powered by JazzHR
