WonderWorks Branson is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager .The Sales & Marketing Manager position is a perfect position for someone who majored in education or communications and loves working with people. Come and join our dynamic and fun WonderWorks Sales team! WonderWorks is an amusement park for the mind with 35,000 square feet of “edu-tainment” . The attraction combines education and entertainment.This is a full-time position with great benefits including: Weekly pay, paid Vacation/PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, FSA and company match 401k Plan.Sales & Marketing Manager focuses on managing and coordinating the inbound and outbound group sales activity for the property, as well as forecasts group sales targets and develops plans to attain them. The Sales Manager’s responsibilities include developing and implementing outreach and action plans to meet property goals, monitoring competitors, preparing sales reports, and maintaining company values. Grow the group sales portfolio, through calls, emails, site visits, social media and other outreach Generate new business to increase ticket sales and group bookings Attend events and expos as the face of WonderWorks to increase company exposure Manage customer relationships at various points throughout the sales cycle Records and reviews sales performance through monthly sales reports Manage guest comments and inquiries through various channels Organize and manage promotional items, events and activities Assist with media requests and interviews as needed Assist with capturing on-site photos and videos for social media posts on all outlets Work with the Operations team as needed Overlap and help with other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction Other duties as assigned Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience in hospitality industry Flexibility to work weekends and nights as necessary Clean driving record Microsoft office efficiency WonderWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
