We are looking for a conscientious, responsible, integrity, and detail-oriented property manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of our small family-run real estate investment company in Ann Arbor. We have an existing portfolio of short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals and we are looking to acquire and take on new projects, but in order to do so, we need help with the management of our existing portfolio. We've built strong personal and professional relationships with local contractors and vendors and look forward to adding a full-time employee that can help actualize our growth vision. Responsibilities:• Full leasing process for mid-term/long-term rentals• Scheduling/coordinating maintenance, capital improvements, and inspections for all rentals• Updating existing and creating new short-term rental listings• Expands advertising for short-term rentals• Resident/guest correspondence for all rentals• Coordinating turnovers mid mid-term/long-term rentals• Utility management of all rentals• Ordering of materials and furnishings for existing portfolio projects and for new property projects• Possible assignments- deep cleaning, very light maintenance(bulbs, batteries, furnace filters), and restocking supplies for short-term rentals Qualifications:• Experience in short-term rentals• 3 + years experience in property management• Ability to work some weekend and evening hours on an as-needed basis• Real Estate Salesperson License Compensation: $25/hr About Company: We are a small family-owned real estate investment and management company in Ann Arbor Michigan and have a mix of short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals. We currently self-manage and are looking to bring on an assistant property manager to assist with day-to-day operations.
