AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Sandwich Artist, Part-time at one of our healthcare accounts in Orlando, FL. Duties & Responsibilities: * Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders * Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately * Use Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill * Collect payment from guests and makes change * Perform Cash-In Procedure- accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc., during the shift * Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner * Check products in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift * Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up * Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image Understand and adhere to the 3-step method for cleaning * Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual * Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual * Perform light paperwork duties as assigned * Complete University of SUBWAY® courses as directedRequirements: * Previous food service experience is preferred * Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction * Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register * Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday * Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionallyBenefits: AVI is proud of its team members and appreciates the hard work, loyalty and committed service they provide every day, which is why we offer the following: * A family culture and atmosphere * Competitive compensation * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members * 401(k) with generous company match * Paid vacations and holidays * Immense training and growth opportunitiesText AVI to 51893 to join our talent network and apply!
