POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our Long Run team. The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 1-2 years of CNC operator experience. Be comfortable managing one or more CNC Machines to cut and machine metal work pieces to specification. Pride themselves on exceeding customers' expectations in quality, efficiency, and delivery. We know our CNC Machine Operators are the heart of production. Our primary company goal is to ensure all Employees feel VALUED, SUPPORTED, and HEARD. PSM will support your success through: Ensure you are on the right shift Supporting a healthy Work / Life Balance Continuous "On The Job" training Monthly Employee Events You'll support PSM's success through: Operating CNC machines: loading with raw stock, monitoring tool life, changing tooling, making offsets, and packaging products. Ensuring quality standards with regular quality checks. Meeting or exceeding efficiency and production rate requirements. Maintaining the mechanical integrity of the machine through maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Collecting and documenting data.
