Laboratory Manager or Clinical Laboratory Manager opening at a state-of-the-art laboratory located outside of Cleveland, Ohio. This organization is looking for a hands on AND seasoned laboratory manager to oversee the core laboratory and microbiology departments. This is a unique opportunity for any laboratory leader to be able to build a laboratory and a team from scratch! For consideration, applicants must have his or her BS degree in Medical Technology (or a related field) as well as a MS or MBA. National certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is required. Applicants should also have previous leadership experience in a high volume CLIA/CAP/OSHA accredited laboratory and should also have experience in managing supervisors as well as teams.
