Crossroads Mobile Maintenance (CRMM) is looking to hire a full-time Shop Support Assistant to assist with day-to-day operations at our Wyoming, MI location.Benefits Include: COMPETITIVE WAGES VACATION AND SICK TIME 401K CONTRIBUTIONS EXCELLENT BENEFIT PACKAGE CLOTHING AND BOOT ALLOWANCE TRAINING CDL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM MONDAY - FRIDAY SCHEDULE Essential Job Functions: Receive and process incoming orders, including parts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management. Operate company vehicle to procure parts, replenish bulk gas, etc. Assist technicians with preparing vehicles or equipment for service, including cleaning, prepping, and moving vehicles or equipment as needed. Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure the shop has the necessary resources to perform tasks. Provide general assistance to the Operations Manager. Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
