VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field 8+ years of experience in a supervisory function in the industrial or equipment sector Experience with optimizing life cycle costs of products Proven leadership skills, including experience in organization development, decision-making skills, and management abilities Knowledge about managing projects, operations, service contracts, and supply chains Willingness to travel 30% Collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills A master's degree would be preferred.
