BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist for an opportunity in Jacksonville, FL!Position Title: Operations SpecialistLocation: Jacksonville, FLAnticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 8 Months.Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, ONSITE.Pay Range: $21/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Work shift: M-F; 8am-5pmRequirements:Trading experienceExcel experiencePosition Summary: * The MAA analyst will assist with day-to-day team responsibilities of the MAA Error Control team and perform high risk procedures in support of timely and accurate processing of Market Action Busts, T+1 Recon process, Policy Analysis, bust tracking, and daily reporting to ensure accounts are reinstated in a timely manner. * Filling this role is critical as trading volumes are high due to increased market volatility and Wealth Management Operations support is critical to enabling and delivering the business growth strategy. * The volumes cannot be supported with current resources. * Not filling the role exposes the team to potential operational, market, and regulatory risk due to capacity.Required Skills:- Attention to detail, as live market trades are affected in this role-Excel experience; needs to be comfortable looking at trades on a spreadsheet*Previous trading experience is preferred, but not requiredKeywords:Trade support, trade control, trade settlement, trading, and excel.Benefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
